Seasoned Chartered Accountant with more than 22 years of post-qualification experience, founder of a CA firm established in 2005. Extensive expertise in tax consultancy (direct and indirect), financial advisory, representation before various tax and regulatory authorities, MCA compliance, statutory bank audits, mergers and acquisitions, liaisoning and preparation of proposals for Financial Assistance from Banks and Financial Institutions, skilled in applying automation and AI in practice, equipped with ICAI certifications in GST and AI.

CA Rashmi Chhawchharia is a triple-qualified professional with expertise as a Chartered Accountant, Insolvency Professional (IP) under the IBC, and Registered Valuer (SFA) under the IBBI. She heads the firm's valuation and insolvency practice, bringing specialised experience across these areas. Her professional contributions extend to ACAE, where she currently serves as Chairperson of the Valuation Sub-Committee. She is also a Special Invitee to the Insolvency, Bankruptcy and Valuation Standards Board of ICAI for 2026–2027. Earlier, she served as Chairperson of the ACAE IBC Sub-Committee for 2024–25.

CA Rakhi Harodia is a Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary, B.Com (Hons.) graduate. She is a Partner at JMNR and associated with PKG. She has extensive experience in audit, taxation, compliance, and financial advisory. She worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers (SDC) as a Senior Associate and with reputed CA firms in Kolkata. Her expertise spans statutory audit, internal audit, secretarial audit, offshore audit, and GST across investment banking, manufacturing, healthcare, tea, stock broking, and services sectors. She has audited Macquarie Group, Grob Tea, Cheviot Company, and leading healthcare institutions.

CA Sujay Kumar is a Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant with 32+ years of experience in financial management, governance, transformation, and operations at SAIL's premier steel plant. He served as Head of Finance & Chief General Manager, leading financial operations, strategic planning, capital allocation, vendor management, and internal controls. He played a key role in ERP transformation, SAP implementation, and digital finance systems. He has extensive expertise in audits, cost optimisation, risk management, project evaluation, GST implementation, and financial strategy. He has served as Chairman of DAV Ispat Schools Advisory Committee and Trustee of Bokaro Sangeet Kala Academy, and is a recipient of the National Metallurgists Day Award and Jawahar Award.
